PNP
PNP or the Provincial nominee program is for people who have necessary education, work experience and skills to contribute to Canada. They have a desire to live in a particular province and intends to be permanent residents of Canada.
Canada is made up of several territories and provinces. Every single province has its own PNP program. If one individual wants to work on a particular project in a territory or gets selected to work in a particular province, than this provincial nominee program will help him. Just the person wants to move in the territory, the territory also needs some people to enter. They will target those people whose skill set and education will increase the economic activity of the province. So every time the choice of the pursuant is not granted but the authority holds some right to choose its residents.

Three types of entries are there in the provincial nominee programs. You can either apply by the paper process or the online process or through the express entry. PNP programs keep getting updated based on Province’s demand for certain professions/ skillsets.
The express entry is a very interesting feature. This is done in two ways. So you can contact them and tell them that you are interested in going to a particular province. If they assign positively to your application, you can start making an express entry profile and update your interest for the province. In another way, you can prepare an express entry profile on your own and then pass on the request to the authority saying that you are willing to work in a particular province. Once selected, you are allowed to work in Canada in that province.
