Sponsor your parents
To sponsor your parents or grandparents, you need to submit interest to sponsor form. If invited,
Submit a complete application. If you do, you must ensure:
You support them and their dependents financially and make sure they don’t need social assistance from the government.

Sponsor your spouse, partner or dependent children
You can sponsor your spouse or partner or dependent children to Canada. They can also live, work and study here.
To be a sponsor you need to ensure you support them and their dependents financially and make sure they don’t need social assistance from the government.
For this category, you must not be receiving any social assistance other than disability. Moreover, in some cases, you may need to show certain income requirements.

Sponsor your relatives
You can sponsor your relatives to come to Canada as a permanent resident provided you support them financially when they arrive, be able to give them basic needs ( food , shelter , clothing) and ensure that your relative doesnot need any social assistance.
In addition, you must meet some income guidelines and your relatives must sign an agreement confirming they will make all efforts to support themselves.

Super Visa
A super visa lets you visit your children or grandchildren for up to 2 years at a time. It’s a multi-entry visa that provides multiple entries for a period up to 10 years. If the intent for parents or grandparents is to stay less than 6 months, a visit visa will serve the purpose.
Super visa can be applied from either inside Canada or outside Canada. Some other eligibility requirements are :

- have a signed letter from your child or grandchild who invites you to Canada that includes:

- a promise of financial support for the length of your visit
- the list and number of people in the household of this person
- a copy of this person’s Canadian citizenship or permanent resident document

- have medical insurance from a Canadian insurance company that is:

- valid for at least 1 year from the date of entry
- at least $100,000 coverage
- have proof that the medical insurance has been paid (quotes aren’t accepted)
